Kiki came into my life at 10 weeks old. I was a bit lost, suffering with my mental health and didn’t know what to do with my life. Kiki not only brought me out of a really dark place but she made me realise I wanted to work with cats. I started volunteering for cats protection and then got a job as a student veterinary nurse. I then went on to qualify as a registered veterinary nurse and studied further certificates in feline nursing and feline behaviour. I had Kiki for 10 beautiful years. She was my soul mate and never left my side. She slept in my bed with my every night and was the most loving, affectionate and loyal cat. In the 10 years we had together she dealt with 12 house moves, a new puppy and a new baby however she never held a grudge and remained as loyal as she always was. When Kiki was aged 10 she sadly was involved in an RTA and despite being referred to a referral centre and being in ICU for 6 days she sadly passed away. I’ll never ever forget you Kiki and how you turned my life around. You saved me when I needed saving but sadly I couldn’t save you. I love you and miss you every day Keeks xxxx
