Located at Ball Hill on the Hampshire/Berkshire border, the Newbury Pet Crematorium is here to provide a fitting farewell for your pet when their time comes.
Our caring and dedicated staff are ready to help with any questions and to provide sensitive advice about pet cremation.
Our individual pet cremation ensures only your pet will be present during the process and that you will only receive your own pet’s ashes.
Many people do not realise that they can arrange their pet's cremation themselves. If you prefer, you can bring your pet to our crematorium yourself rather than leaving them with a vet.
We provide individual pet cremation as well as a selection of scatter boxes, caskets and memorials.
We understand that this is a sad time and our advice on arranging your pet cremation is designed to give a no-nonsense guide to help you get started.
My golden boy Prince crossed the rainbow bridge and was cremated with PCS Newbury, I'll never be able to thank them enough for taking such great care of him and putting all of our minds at ease during this very difficult time. They were all extremely polite, respectful and personable, their customer service was also amazing. They let our family visit him before the cremation and even let us give him his favourite toy which they allowed to be cremated with him. Thank you so much.

I opened my practice, Carterton Veterinary Surgery in Oxon, in 2014 and chose PCS as cremation partner. Various members of staff have visited the crematorium in Newbury and we are confident that procedures are followed at all times. I have personally taken part in one of PCS’ bereavement courses offered to us in order to raise awareness for end of life and bereavement training. The practice has gone from strength to strength and PCS have been supportive every step of the way.

Having worked with PCS for many years in one of my practices, we decided to swap our second surgery over to them as we felt that our pet owners would benefit from this change and my nurses have always been very complimentary about PCS with many having visited the crematorium. The PCS representative provided a detailed and informative staff training offering excellent support with sympathetic brochures, leaflets, etc. We also decided to undergo professional end of life training, recommended by PCS.
