My beautiful boy Badger had to be put to sleep and I was adamant I wanted him cremated and home with me, Rob was fantastic, really understanding and caring. It’s such a beautiful place to leave your beloved furkid. There is even a Chapel of Rest to say your last goodbyes. I was able to pick my boy up the next day and it’s such a comfort to have him home. Thank you so much Rob.

What a wonderful place, we went over with our beloved Dog and the lady Jan was so very kind and compassionate I was comforted by her and so was my Husband. Anyone wanting to be treated with respect And care with your darling pet please don’t hesitate To go here 11 out of 10. Thankyou xxxxxx

It's taken us some to write this review. In fact it was May when we took our very special little girl Poppy, a beautiful ShihTzu of nearly 15years of age.

She was our world. The staff at Leyland couldn't have been kinder, more respectful and empathic. We were met at the car by a lovely lady and gentleman, the gentleman carried poppy from the car and took her to rest in the beautiful chapel where we had quiet time with her along with our other little dog Bert. We were able to say our final goodbye, a prayer, play a hymn and 'You are My Sunshine' to her.

If a situation can be perfect...then the staff here made it so.

We think so often of how kind and understanding you all were, making this heartbreaking time just a little bit easier for us all. Forever thankyou

Had a very good experience with pcs Ayrshire which helped with the loss of our beloved westie, a lovely viewing room and memorial book and a memorial tree if you want to leave a message.went personal with cremation and got our boys ashes same day,there is a lot of nice caskets and other items you can buy if you so wish.so once again thanks to pcs team for kind and understanding

Absolutely amazing service while me and my family are going through a hard time with loosing our family pet the woman who worked their made us extremely comfortable and was so sensitive to what we are going through highly recommend!!!!

My pet rabbit Dexter tragically and unexpectedly passed away a couple of weeks ago and the crematorium suggested by my vets was way too expensive and lots of hidden fees so I looked for an alternative and I found Surrey pet crematorium and I’m so pleased I chose them!

I was well looked after when I brought Dexter over and had a consultation in a private room and the lady looking after me was so lovely! I was asked if I wanted some private time with him before I turned him over and I then left! Later that evening I got a call saying he was ready to be picked up! And I hadn’t ordered the same day cremation option so I was super impressed!

The road outside the crematorium was unfortunately closed due to an oil spill for a while so I wasn’t able to pick him up until today but everyone has been so lovely assured me there was no problem at all!

I’m so happy I chose this service, I was quoted the correct amount and everything was included in the price with no hidden fees (I picked a scatter box, the urns etc were obviously more)… super friendly staff and yes I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend!

We are extremely grateful to all staff at PCS. At such a difficult time, they really did help us get through this. They saw us quickly where we were offered time with Binx, given all of the information required and we felt they were very compassionate during the whole process.

We weren't sure if a paw print was possible due to the circumstances of the death but the staff at PCS said they'd try. I can't put into words how much this meant to us, just the fact that they were wanting to attempt it for us was enough but they were also successful and now we have an amazing ink print and impression.

We lost our beautiful little Edna Pug on 25th November 2023 she was my baby and meant the world to us she left a huge hole in our hearts that will never be filled. Our vets recommend PCS and initially we chose the mahogany casket but a couple of days later we discovered that there was a resin pug urn and it fitted perfectly as a beautiful reminder of Edna. We telephoned to ask if we could change the order and the lady on the telephone was really lovely and caring. She also comforted us and put our mind at rest as she knew exactly who Edna was and that she was a Pug she also told us that she was wrapped up in her blanket. It is such a traumatic experience to lose a beautiful member of the family and in particular a fur baby. A week later we received Ena back and she was carefully packaged in a box with inner polystyrene and I was so touched to see a sympathy card what really touched me and made me so comforted was how PCS included in the card that Edna had been 'individually' cremated I cannot begin to tell you how much this meant to me it comforted me beyond belief... I now have peace of mind knowing that I have all of my gorgeous baby girl. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you xxx

We sadly lost our beloved GSD Logan on 23/01/2024. The service I received from PCS Doncaster has been 1st class. They collected him from home where he passed overnight. Our GSD was a big lad (45kg), the team that collected him were brilliant. They started by giving condolences before reassure me that they would look after him. Logan had moved off the blanket he usually laid on and we were unable to get it back under him, we told them to take the rug he was on, they offered to bring it back but we said no not to bother.

Today we have been to collect our boy and was presented with a beautiful box, inside was the wooden box we had selected. But to our surprise we also received a lock of Logan’s fur as well as a beautiful paw print which we can add a picture of Logan to. This was accompanied by a certificate to confirm Logan had been individually cremated. It is stunning and so reassuring. Their attention to detail is second to none. I would recommend it to anyone who has lost their fur baby!! First class throughout!!!
