The kindness and sympathy we were shown at PCS North East, and the delicacy they showed in laying out our Susie in the Chapel of Rest, greatly lifted our spirits at so sad a time.
Altogether a caring and thoroughly professional service. Our thanks to all at PCS.
I had to drop off squeak my little mischief ferret that suddenly died.
When I arrived I was amazed how lovely the place was. It has a little Chapel of rest room where your able to say your last goodbye etc. I was able to collect her the same day.
The staff were excellent and compassionate couldn't have asked for anything better, thank you
It is 2 years this Thursday ( 12th December 2022) since my beautiful little loving shih tzu called Harvey crossed the rainbow bridge and even to this day my heart is still shattered and broke after saying goodbye to him even though we have another beautiful 2 Year old shih tzu now called Murphy, who is as loving and playful as Harvey was, I will never ever forget the beautiful love and attention we received from Leyland crematorium, they treated Harvey with so much love and care, and we have his ashes in a beautiful urn on our fire place, may god bless each and every one of you at pet cemetery, you are all very kind loving people.
I often wonder what my Harvey is doing in heaven, wondering if he is missing me and pining for me, if he is playing with all the other beautiful dogs and loving pets and having fun, sometimes my eyes sting with all the tears I shed while thinking of Harvey, I know he will be waiting for me when it's my turn, we will be reunited for eternity, we can cross the rainbow bridge together, i miss Harvey so very very much, he was and always will be my LITTLE BOY, God bless each and every one of you who reads this. Goodnight Harvey, love you with all my tender heart, ALWAYS in my thoughts. ❤️
I cannot fault the wonderful service I received when I lost Jimmy. They were so caring and made the experience a lot easier.
I would recommend them to anyone losing their faithful friend.
Thankyou all so much
We took our beloved 13 year old Lhasa Apso who passed away on 15th November 2024. I cannot recommend them enough. Everything is carefully managed and presented, from the caskets to paw prints. This is an excellent service that I will now always recommend to my friends and family.
Thank you
12 years ago I took my first dog (Scorcher) to them and they were able to individually cremate her and give her back the same day. When my elderly dog (Alaska) recently needed helping to the rainbow bridge I knew I wanted to do the same thing I did 12 years ago.
I called up and they were super helpful, I had to have her with them by 12 noon if I wanted her back the same day, after 15 years of being by my side it didn’t feel right to come home without her.
They had a great variety of urns and even managed to fit the long inscription I wanted onto her beautiful plaque.
They treated her body with respect and dignity. They even allowed us a little time with her in their memorial room.
It’s a sad and unpleasant time but Leyland Pet Crematorium made it a little less unpleasant. It was nice to be with Alaska the entire time until her cremation and to be able to come home with her.
Thank you for everything, both 12 years ago and now.
I lost my two bunnies within a fortnight of each other. When I lost my first darling boy my vet wasn’t very understanding at all. I contacted the crematorium to make sure Bobby was ok and Zoe reassured me that he was. He hadn’t arrived in a coffin (despite vet assurances that he would) and Zoe treated him like the amazing boy he was. We managed to get a coffin for him and I spent time with him before I had to say goodbye. Zoe was there for the whole procedure and was totally understanding.
I then lost my beautiful girl two weeks later. Zoe sent me a really lovely email when I contacted her and she made me feel totally reassured that she would make sure my Billie was looked after. She even checked on her for me to make sure her coffin wasn’t too small and stroked her and spoke to her. I trusted her 100% and did all she could to make the worst situation as bearable as it could be.
I would never “recommend” using this service because it’s heartbreaking losing a fur baby, but Zoe at least made me feel reassured that they were treated with love and respect, which was all I could ask at such an awful time. I can’t ever thank Zoe enough.
We cannot praise, or thank, Anthony and Jacqui at Lime Kiln Farm enough, for the final farewell they gave to our dearly missed, much loved Yorkshire terrier Aspen.
The empathy, care, respect and dignity shown to us, gave us so much comfort on such a heartbreaking day.
We had time to prepare for this day, and wanted Aspen's final journey to be a dignified and respectful one.
We saw the details for Lime Kiln Farm and contacted Anthony, who explained their services, he was very compassionate, patient, and helpful.
Knowing that we would be bringing Aspen's ashes home with us on the same day was of great comfort.
A massive thank you to Jacqui, who made a very difficult day, very calm, peaceful and reassuring, for which I will be forever grateful.
For pet owners facing this final journey, I highly recommend the caring services of Lime Kiln Farm.
Highly recommend this place Kassi fell ill while we were away in Keswick. Unfortunately two days later Kassi passed away on 16/10/24 .We made arrangements with P C.S. to have Kassi cremated and they were very understanding to our requirements. When we got to P.C.S Doncaster they lifted Kassi out of the car with due care and attention. They laid Kassi in chapel of rest surrounded by flowers and said to Jean and I to take as much time as we required to say our final goodbyes. There was also a book of remembrance to write in to share our memories and say a few things about Kassi. We knew Kassi was in Safe hands with PCS and proceeded to make a decision on products for Kassi ashes and paw print box/photo. Wide selection available. The staff were very understanding and very helpful in helping us select in this difficult time. We collected Kassi the next day to a very sympathetic staff members. We were asked if we wanted to donate the blankets Kassi was wrapped in to the Mayflower rescue centre which we thought was very kind of them to think of alive dogs too. There is also a memory tree to hang a love heart and write something on it about your pets. All they ask is £1 donation for Mayflower rescue centre. We donated as it's a great cause. Finally we would like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to the team at PCS Doncaster for your time, effort, support and care.
First class service received today, caring, understanding, staff excellent. Took care of my auld Bailey boy. Wee Jinty (owner’s wee dog) was a friendly welcome distraction ❤️ Thank you x
