just want to say a massive thank you to everyone involved in giving my little sweet heart Florance the best send of and for answering all my questions every time I phoned and reassuring me that my florances cremation is defiantly an individual one has asked and that she would be on her own and not with other dogs and will just be receiving her ashes has asked for thank you to everyone at Surrey pet crematorium and cemetery 

Losing Lilly has broken our hearts, but Gemma and Michelle have assured us that she is going to be treated with love and tenderness. Thank you ladies. We will love and miss Lilly forever.

I just wanted to thank you wholeheartedly for the beautiful box I picked up from Holmer Vets for my huskamute Luna today - her casket is absolutely stunning and her paw print (hair and all because it was always everywhere) was just so perfectly done. Thank you so much for making a horrific week so much more beautiful and for memories to last forever.

Thank you for giving a dignified farewell to our beloved Toffik.We also thank you for the respect you showed us on this sad day.Now we know that entrusting you was the best decision. Daniel,Anna,Thomas.

A genuine and caring service provided throughout. This isn't the first time I've used your services and they've always been faultless so far. Thank you. 

Our gorgeous dog Tootsie passed away on the 4th July and PCS Cremation Services dealt with her cremation with dignity and kindness. Her Ashes came back to us in a beautiful casket, with messages of kindness and we would highly recommend them for anyone going through this very sad journey. 

All staff at Leyland crematorium treated our beautiful little shih Tzu dog called Harvey with so much love and dignity, Harvey was called to the rainbow bridge on 12th December, 2022, he was 14 years old, such caring and loving people who cremated him, got his ashes back the same day in a beautiful casket, and he is now sleeping peacefully on the fire hearth where he used to snuggle up with his lovely cuddly toy. God bless each and every one of you at Leyland crematorium, you are all beautiful kind loving people, so thank you all once again. Keith Hopwood 

My beautiful Whippet Lady passed away on 12th January 2025.

On Wednesday 15th January I travelled to PCS Northampton with my sister and good friend. We met with Angie who was so kind and compassionate. She talked us through everything and then took us to the farewell room to say our goodbyes to Lady.

We were able to spend time with Lady and we didn’t feel at all rushed it was so calm peaceful.

After we had said our goodbyes, Angie explained that Lady would be taken to be cremated. We went for lunch nearby and shared photos and memories of Lady and waited for Angie to call us. When we returned to collect Ladys ashes, Angie once again took the time to chat to us and listen to our memories. She brought Ladys ashes out to me in the beautiful urn and scatter box I had chosen, together with a fur clipping.

I cannot thank Angie and all her colleagues enough, for the kindness and dignity that they showed to my beautiful Lady whilst she was in their care. Also for the compassion and understanding shown to us on what was a very difficult day. It means so much. Thank you. Trofi

I requested an individual crematorium for my pet & was booked in within the hour, I took her there myself & she was placed in a farewell room to say my goodbyes.

I picked up her ashes the next day that was in a lovely scatter tube inside a box.
