My beautiful boy Badger had to be put to sleep and I was adamant I wanted him cremated and home with me, Rob was fantastic, really understanding and caring. It’s such a beautiful place to leave your beloved furkid. There is even a Chapel of Rest to say your last goodbyes. I was able to pick my boy up the next day and it’s such a comfort to have him home. Thank you so much Rob.

Many thanks for your kindness, which made a sad goodbye to our little friends dignified and compassionate. The entire process was first class. We now have them back home where they can RIP. Lovely surroundings, lovely people. We are very grateful to you.

You guys made such a tough day a little easier. Professional yet friendly and so respectful to the situation. Being able to spend as much time as we wanted in the chapel of rest was much appreciated by me and my husband and felt it was a important part of process of letting out beloved Harvey go. I just wanted you all to know how much we appreciated the kindness that was shown to us.
This is sadly our second visit but I didn't hesitate on who would be taking Daisy on her last journey and like Rosie she was treated with the utmost care and respect.
To lose much loved fur babies is something that no words can describe and to hand them over for their final journey should be unbearable but not at St Francis .
All requests that I made were fulfilled and never made to feel I was being silly with my fussing.

Just like to mention even though we take our fur babies home that you do have beautiful final resting place in the gardens that is kept lovely and in a lovely setting.

Huge respect & gratitude to Rob & his team, at St. Francis, who went above & beyond whilst arranging a cremation for our darling little Ellie. His support ,kindness & gentle nature made the whole ordeal seamless.

The pewter heart shaped urn is so beautiful & resides on her special place. Also the special touches & bits we wanted were all amazing & were presented with so much love & care.

We have recommended St, Frances pet crematorium to all our friends & family.

I just wanted to thank you for the sensitive care you provided on the difficult day I lost my dear Rocky. Your gentle manner and professionalism meant that I felt some comfort in my dog being handled with dignity and respect and as I have hardly ever left him I felt better knowing he wasn’t too far from home.

When I collected him the day after I was met with such compassion and warmth, that really meant a lot.

I would also like to thank you for allowing me to use your services at short notice as I only found out that my beloved dog would otherwise have to go miles away via the vets cremation service. This was something I just couldn’t face and called you on the morning of the vet coming out, so thank you for that.

His little casket is beautiful and I’m so pleased with his paw print keepsake too.

Thank you again. I’ll be recommending you to others that find themselves in my situation and as we can’t be without our pets I’ll no doubt be using you again in the future.

Sadly we lost our little dog on 17th August 2021 the local vet is having her cremated and getting her ashes back to us. We came across this site and was touched how you care for the pets and their owners. we want her back so we can keep her close and in her favourite part of the garden. Reading the testimonials on the site I just wanted to put a memorial on for her as she was so much part of our lives and shall be missed.

Yesterday I lost a huge piece of me and I’m now having to come to terms with living without my constant shadow..

My daughter rang after coming to be my emotional rock.
We rang around but settled on the kind gentle voice of the gentleman who answered our calls. He put our minds at ease, gave us time to process his information and gather our thoughts.. although times are strange . My daughter arranged Tilly comfy in a box and drove us to you. Such a lovely calm place you have. My daughter had to speak to you wen we got there because I couldn’t get any words out but you just understood completely. Our trust was stretched to leave her but the kind man put us at ease. Katie told me , I would feel total relief on collecting Tilly. Her urn is most beautiful, so fitting.. and presented perfectly boxed. She was right. I clung to it so tightly all the way home and my daughter said my mood lightened . I Thank you so much for making a very difficult day easier and such kindness. We’ll always appreciate and remember ..

Lovely place for saying a last goodbye to our baby girl, I was heart broken and couldnt stop crying. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. Thank you for being so kind to our Bella during her last journey. Thank you for comforting me when I needed it the most. We will forever be grateful.
